The Marketing Coordinator will assist the company and marketing department with marketing and new business development efforts. Such duties may include research, data capturing, maintaining prospect client databases, and updating social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have an eye for artful visual design; deep exposure to modern social media marketing designs and long-term campaigns; videography and photography, and be very familiar with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok.

New Business Development (NBD): 50%
Marketing: 50%


  • Maintain company information on WBENC corporate member’s supplier diversity portals
  • Maintain and manage the company’s supplier diversity corporate members database/log, tracking all registration information via google sheets
  • Seek opportunities and correspond with WBENC’s supplier diversity corporate members to promote the company’s capabilities and build new relationships with directives and guidance from the VP of Marketing and Communication
  • Work cross-functionally with the company’s Finance, HR, marketing, and leadership teams to develop and manage the company’s profile information to appropriately promote our core services and business offerings to WBENC’s supplier diversity corporate members


  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects
  • Work with the marketing team in updating and organizing social media content
  • Developing an online social media list of potential partners and competitors
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Creating online contest to grow our online audience


  • Current college student or recent graduate studying Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with navigating and posting to various current popular social media applications
  • HubSpot knowledge is a plus

$20.00 to $22.00
