Our hybrid virtual/physical strategic solution included recommendations on how to leverage Kestra’s Cvent registration license, virtual platforms, content, and broadcast engineering solutions.

As a result, Kestra leadership will be able to present as a team, live from a Covid-safe studio in their hometown. Set against a 20 ft LED digital wall, key presentations will infuse infographics, motion animations, window in window presenters, and much more.

To keep the energy up, and act as a continuous thread throughout the event, we created an MC Host desk with a mini-LED back wall that is part of our physical hybrid approach to set design.

Pre-recorded and live stream content, networking, live chat, and attendee interactions will come to life across three-days inside classrooms, an auditorium, networking lounge, and exhibit hall.
