SUMMARY:

The Business Development Representative at FG|PG is primarily responsible for generating new leads using various innovative and creative tactics, including but not limited to web research, cold calling, existing company databases, email campaigns, and other creative strategies. This position will contribute to strategy and execution and creating and reaching out to lead lists. This position will also be the first point of contact to engage with potential clients. As this first line of communication, the ideal Business Development Rep will strongly understand FG|PG’s Vision, Purpose, and Values. The candidate should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to communicate FG|PG’s offerings compellingly. Every conversation is a potential opportunity to acquire new audience reach and boost FG|PG’s brand and image.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Trade Show Exhibits and Events – Including but not limited to:

  • Build new business relationships by researching events and business opportunities and connecting with these leads.
  • Maintain and organize leads and activity records using our CRM, HubSpot, and other automation platforms.
  • Upload lead lists and manage, maintain, and optimize outbound email campaigns.
  • Utilize creative thinking, web research, cold calling, and email to generate business lead lists to seek new opportunities in the market proactively.
  • Create strategic email campaigns through existing client databases and new lead lists.
  • Build trusting relationships with prospective clients to qualify leads as opportunities.
  • Set up prospective client meetings or calls between FG|PG Business Development Executives and Directors.
  • Willing to make cold calls to prospective clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Business (general), Communications, or related fields from a four-year college or university.
  • Knowledge of CRM and managing contact activity records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Docs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone and email.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong desire and ability to advance into an Account Executive role.

LOCATION:

We are seeking someone that can work out of our Huntington Beach, CA Headquarters.

PAY RANGE:

Starting $65,000.00

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel up to 10%
